The Mind and Body Aren't Separate. What Affects One Affects the Other.
Sometimes we feel out of sync with ourselves and we don’t always know how to reconnect. Feeling disconnected from your body absolutely sucks. Everything feels a bit out of control or out of reach and you don’t fully know what to do. You may feel increased sadness, heightened anxiety, and unsure what the future holds. You may even have hatred for your body. I want to explore with you. Let’s connect with your body and see where you are feeling lost or out of control. Let’s talk about being comfortable with yourself again!
What you will learn will help you become more comfortable with yourself. You will learn a variety of techniques which can reconnect you to yourself and help you understand your inner being more deeply. I look through a choice/reality, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy perspective to help look at your choices, help you connect with yourself, and become more comfortable with your reality. We will work together to revitalize the connection with yourself. We will explore your body acceptance, learn about intuitive eating, explore mind body connection, and help you reclaim your reality and become more at peace with your truth.
